Car kit adapter?

I have a Nokia 6210/6320 car kit. I've heard tell of an adapter that slots into the cradle andl allows a 6230 to be used without loss of functionality. As yet I cannot find any info about it. Don't even know if it's Nokia or 3rd-party.

Can anyone shed any light?

Does anyone know if the bluetooth converter work in place of a factory-installed MB original Nokia 6310i kit (the sort installed in the centre console)?
