For those of you who sometimes think that Mercedes reliability and customer service isn't what it was/should be, and were thinking of defecting, just remember, the grass is not always greener.
I quote from May's What Car (acknowledging copyright, etc. - don't ask why I was reading it ): "Ian Digges, drives Toyota Verso 1.8 VVT-i T2: 'Having driven more than six models in the Toyota range, I find the Verso very disappointing. My 1.8, which has the MMT gearbox, is sluggish and unreliable - it has broken down five times and had to have a new ECU fitted. What makes this worse is the poor customer service that I have received from Toyota throughout.'"
