Chassis number checking website

Hi Folks,

I seem to remember soemone posted about a website that you could put your chassis number in and it would tell you what model etc your car is....

I've done a search and can't find it - anyone remember it?

Don't remember one, although that doesn't neccessarily mean that it doesn't exist
