Had a run a few days ago with a Kleemann converted SLK55 K4 Kompressor, which is basically an SLK55 but with a supercharger bolted on to produce 540BHP in a little SLK!

Boy was that thing quick!!!

Accelerating from traffic lights to motorway speeds (on the slip road) there was pretty much nothing between my car and the Kleemann, however once we were on the motorway and travelling with the flow of traffic, the car in front of me pulled over to leave a nice long gap ahead, so we both booted it and I slowly started to pull away from him.

This was then repeated a few more times until we went our separate directions with a smile from the both of us.

The noise it made was awesome, NASCAR/spitfire like, much louder than the standard SLK55 which is loud!

One *very* quick rocket car (but not quite quick enough ;) )

Nice one Maff

Nice!

Had a bit of fun myself travelling north up the M6 sat afternoon.

C43 vs CLK 55 cab,

Not sure what the book figures are but there wasn't really anything in it. Still good fun though :D

306 vs 360 ish bhp off the top of my head ......

Cool.
Not what I would have expected though.
I would have thought the Kleeman would have had the edge.
But respect to you Maff.
Are you still looking to sell it?
Mac.

It might have over a standard CL65 , but remember that Matts is packing nearly 250 bhp over standard ..... ;)

Hi Maff, they also do a 595bhp slk, that might have squared things up:cool:

Mark;)
