CLK 230 srs light stays on??

Hi
After filling up the car today my srs light has stayed on on will not go off?
Can any body please shed some light on what might course this?

I understand its normally the set pad passenger side or a bad connection under the seat

A fault code can be read out

Try and clean the seat belt connector's.
I think it has a sensor that works with the airbag.
I had the same problem and that sorted it.
I read it on a forum. I'm sure it was on here

This should be the problem, the small cable needs to be fed into the yellow socket.

Was anything in the passenger footwell at the time? anyone sat there?
