Clk cabrio rear heated screen

Hi,

My rear heated screen doesnt seem to be working.The switch
lights up on the dash & the 2 fuses listed (1 in cabin,1 in boot)
are ok.Does anyone know what relay is used (number) or how easy
it is to check/access the connections to the screen,
