CLK320 Rusting Bodywork

Hi All,
I've had my 1999 clk for nearlly 4 years & noticed quite a lot of rust starting to appear around the boot & on every wheel arch.
The car has always been garaged & MB Serviced, whilst my girlfriends Corsa of the same age is always left out in all weathers & has no rust on it at all.
(so much for MB Quality!!!).

I'm looking for the cheapest quality fix as I intend keeping the car for a few more years (I'll definately need a new lid fitting), but the rust on the wheel arches is starting to get worse & was wondering about fitting a body kit & having the bottom section treating & spraying at the same time.

Any ideas?

*Dont expect it to be easy though
