CLS55 AMG Wanted

Budget is £10k to £20k, which will mean either a W164 ML or W/S211.

Anything considered, even if it needs a few quid spending on it, I don't mind.

I'm scanning the usual sites and also have my feelers out elsewhere.

You could consider a CLK63 and CLS63 Lee.

Bit off topic but do all the early 63's come with the horrendously expensive brakes?

It is a very nice example, and it's a great bonus being owned by a forum member, but it's about £5k overpriced and will be on sale for quite some time at that price.

I totally agree - needless to say I was "very happy" to take what he was offering as PX value(!)

I do but the newest are 10 year old now and just want something 'fresher' and it's going be replaced by a Bi-Turbo 5.5 at some point next year.

I've only owned two this year...

Really having to resist the urge to lease a brand new facelift E63 but I know there's a new model due at some point next year which works better both ways; I'll get one very cheap plus I'll be in a better position to put it 'through the books' so to speak.

I missed out on that by a few hours.

That was a bargain, ok it was due a b service in 500 miles but with 67k on the clock FMBSH just had OEM discs and pads front and rear.

It was a bit poverty spec but with clean good bodywork HPI clear it was let go for £8.5k .... Someone got a bargain
