CLS63 W219 Headbolts, anything else?

I am aware of the headbolt issue, is there anything else which would bring about an eye watering repair bill, i'm thinking if it's worth the warranty or paying £2k to get the bolts changed, I think I saw someones torque converter go recently?

Cam adjusters and buckets can wear too. Much has been made of the head bolt issue, but in reality there have been very few cars reported with actual failures.
Probably a comment from any indies on how many they have seen may give some indication.
