Comand engineering mode

Hi all
Could someone please guide me how to access Comand’s engineering mode on a 2013 CL63 AMG? I’m trying (and frustratingly failing) to connect my phone bluetooth audio. The telephone connects, but the audio does not show the option of “bluetooth device”.

I understand from watching a Youtube video that you need to turn bluetooth audio on through Comand’s engineering mode. However the video was for a 2010 E350 (holding down the “hangup” + “1” + “#” keys simultaneously) but I’m looking for the equivalent for a CL..

Be much appreciated if someone could help. Think the S class of 2010-2014 may have had the same system

2010 and 2013 systems very different. One is NTG4 and one is NTG4.5 or NTG4.7.
Hold down phone-hang-up, 1 and # keys together for about 10 seconds. Once you've changed the setting (wherever it is) you need to do the reset procedure (bottom of 2nd page of 1st screen you see in engineering mode). Just change what you need - don't play about you can lock yourself out. Dont change region codes!
