Comand update question

Hi
I'm new to the forum and "mercedes" only had the car a few weeks!
Can someone tell me how I can check what version my comand has please?

You'll need to let us know what car you've got for a start.

It's a c220 2011

It'll be COMAND NTG4.5 with v10 maps if it's up to date. Map info can be found under the "Navi" options menu.

Just checked and I'm on v4 I think I need to get it in to mercedes and get it updated! :-0

v4 2011?, sounds like it's never been updated.

Yes may be? As it happens I've been having problems with putting music on the comand via my iphone as it's skipping tracks so hopefully if I get it updated it will sort that out as well fingers crossed!

If car is under 3 years old you will get map and firmware updates free. Given you are having issues, they would/should start by firmware update.

2011 was the facelift year (i.e model year 2012). So in a C class if the display is one that rotates to open it is pre-facelift (i.e NTG4) and if it is fixed in place then it is NTG4.5

Anyway, get along to MB before the 3 years is up.
