COMMAND Firmware upgrade CD

Hi All,

I have recently purchased an E class (2002/W211) with a Nokia 6310 phone cradle. Thinking I'd be clever I also purchased a Viseeo MTU1000. Easy to pair the iphone4 to Viseeo but now I get 'Tel unavailable'.

So I've read many threads in this forum and what *seems* to be the answer is a COMMAND firmware upgrade. However, I'm *totally* confused over what/where I can get this disk.

Some threads imply that "MB won't do it" --> "it'll only cost £12+VAT".

I have a Audio-50 APS with Harmon-Kardon Logic 7 & multi-changer CD (if that makes any difference?)

Is there a simple answer or have I wasted £100+ on the Viseeo?

Comand firmware disc is not for the Audio 50 APS so no use to you.

Check the cradle for bent or broken pins. It is a common problem with this cradle. Test it with a 6310 phone if you can.
