Custom E55 exhaust System

Hey all

i thought i will share a few pics of my Exhaust System

The header are 3 " Long tube header from a company call Eurocharged in the USA
The Middle and and X pipe were custome made by Torque Flow in 3"
The back boxes are Eisenmann

All was put together by Torque Flow in Birmingham.

Here's a link to mine,as I say in it my welding is not very pretty but I have a bad shaky arm.
The car goes like a stabbed rat!
Will get a dyno when I get my remap done, but it really has made a massive difference....Now I just need a Quaife LSD.
I would have loved to have made it less pieced together, but I did it on my back.
Yours looks 100% better.

Are the eurocharged better than the kleeman, as you know this is something I want to do later on, and will value your experience and input nearer the time. It does sound awesome and goes like a stabbed rat on steroids... Is it back on all 8 cylinders now?
Do you know anyone that will do my callipers, remove, shot blast then powder coat in red. Looking to get this done when you do my service, mot, new brakes and the other bits in April next year...

Hey. Steve

Right. I would recommend kleemann headers as the eurocharged header were a pain in the butt ! First these headers where made for a lhd and we had to modify them alot to get them to fit. And I am still not happy with the headers as the collectors leak from the spring and bolt connection.

Car is now running all cylinders there was a problem with 2 injectors !
Call me I have guy who an go you callipers.
