Drove a CLK63 FAST! At Brooklands

Hi there havent posted in absolute ages.. lifes been hectic... but for my 21st my friends came together and got me the AMG one hour experience as my Mercedes to the bone i nearly died just thinking about it......jesus that car has power... anyone elese here done this..... im doing it again soon want to try the w204

It is great fun. The full driving days were even better but I think they're stopped those now. Just have to get your fix in one hour doses!!

I drove one of their C63 estates on the road. It was very fast but the fact that I had been driven in an SLR just beforehand overshadowed it. To my surprise, I found the C63 to be quite comfortable and even had some steering feel! It sounded amazing and the throttle blip on downchange was a nice touch.

Excellent place, even just for a wander around. I had a half day AMG day, even got a good few laps in the SL65!!

They definately have SLs available, and I would be surprised if they didn't have a CL (almsot certain they do)

Nah, would wager the 204.

Apparantly the 'one to have' is the 204 C63 estate with the performance pack.

LSD + other upgrades, bit more weight over the rear wheels (according to one of the pro drivers there)

I've driven most of the 55 and 63 model variants on track, and the one I'd probably go for given a choice is the CLK63 cab.

i was told the clk63 was the worst on track to light.. but never the less was the time of my life to hit the track in that car
