E250 how to get Sat Nav connection

I have just purchased an E250 CDI blue efficiency estate Aventgarde on a 12 plate. I'm not sure the model reference No. When I bought it I was told it did not have Sat Nav. Nav appears on the screen selection. Does anyone know what I need to do to get this retrofitted and working please.
