E320 starts fine then ......the judder starts

so my E320 starts fine but then after a while start to get a bit of a judder from the engine some days its really bad at traffic lights some times have to slip into neutral so i can give the engine a bit of gas .

I am assuming this could be fuel injectors as it gets a bit better once the engine is warmed... oddly its always there slightly .

My questions are

- is there anything else that it could be

-is replacing the injectors expensive if thats what it is

It isn't likely to be the injectors, more likely the MAS causing a lean mixture.

What chassis number car are we talking about ?

Is it petrol or diesel ?

its a diesel W210 V reg

Could be the engine mounts have failed.
