I am looking to see if I can swap my pre facelift exhaust/fake diffuser mount with the face lifted version which looks way better. At a glance it looks like a straight swap. Has anyone done this switch over? Or does the whole back bumper need to go too? If that's the case I will see alternative options. I have pinched 2 pics from the web for comparisons so u can see what I mean.

The rear light clusters are ever so different so there will be a gap. check on mbworld theres a thread on this.

Take another look , the bumpers are completely different so not a straight diffuser swap.There is a pronounced lip at the bottom corners on the pre facelift model and they've been smoothed out on the facelift model. Also the "bumper" face is deeper on the pre facelift.
