With enough money and time anything can be made to fit anything....

I doubt whether they would just bolt onto your subframe runners though, but might not be too difficult to do. You would need to ask yourself , can you be bothered ?... the door cards won't fit, the rear seat probably wouldn't fit without some chopping and retrimming..... so is it worth it ?

But no, i don't imagine they would just fit straight in.
