Jeez, you guys seem to have serious problems with your insurance system.
When you have an accident, don't you have a paper accident report which both parties in the accident complete explaining how the accident occurred and, most important, who is responsible? When signing the report, responsibilities are engaged and the insurance companies adhere to the decisions.

Not in the UK in fact most will say in the policy don't admit liability, all you have to do in the UK is exchange details, drive off if you can, then let the battle commence, if someone hits you from behind its normally automatically their fault irrespective of the circumstances.

Good to hear, I do hope it doesn't involve a Weistec blower. I would think very carefully before fitting one not only have several people had issue's when fitted to a M113 but whenever Weistec actually post public statements its always seems to be to blame the customer/car/shop fitting (take your pick from any or all).

I was really excited when Weistec first released it but now so glad I did not push the button and go ahead.
