Are there any aftermarket pads out there had to be the only car I cannot find them for

Cheers

EBC do a Yellow Stuff to fit, but I've just bought OE for mine after lots of homework. Got my dealer to price match MB Southend and no problem. £172 for fronts including sensor.

Just can't be bothered putting them in at the moment, too cold for me outside. :(

Yeah can only find ebc but never really been a fan of them, might just have to stick with oem then

I have Ferodo DS2500 pads in mine at the moment. Work really well, but need a wear sensor plug to avoid the pad wear warnings on the dashboard.

BTW, the Brembo caliper used is common across many cars, Audis etc.

I thought the caliper maybe shared but isit still just as simple to install pad sensors?

What car did you buy the Ferrodo's for?

Cheers

Same car as yours obviously, I wouldn't have replied with such a random statement otherwise. :dk:;) The E63 TT.

No, there's no recess in the pad for a wear sensor iirc, I'll have to double check though.

I thought you meant you got them listed under a different car which share the same caliper as the e63?

Usually just cut out the an old pad sensor. Join/solder the wires together and tape/shrink up. Leave the plug in tact and plug this back into the car loom.
Should fool the car. Used to work on old Brembo pads for my Leon.
