East Kent indies

Hi all, anyone have any knowledge of any specialists in East Kent? I know about Class Cars, any idea about Mercworld? They are on the B & Q estate on the Margate to Ramsgate Road, north of Westwood Cross. Having tried a search I can't find any mention of them at all.

I live in Margate a few minutes away from Mercworld. About two months ago I needed a new heater valve fitted. A straightforward, but fiddly job as the brake servo is in the way. I went to Mercworld for a quote. He took my details and said he would call me in about half an hour. No call, so two days later I called him back and he said it would be over £400.

So I took it straight to Steve at Class Cars who I usually use, and he did the work for £120 and lent me a courtesy car FOC.

From my initial conversation with them I would not allow them to even change a wheel on my car.

Mertech in Chatham look after my car, have done for the last 4 or 5 years. Always been happy with their work.
