The vito has developed a slight knock on the steering when on lock going from left to right so phoned, booked in and advised a recall and a knock which needs investigating. Told them that the car is needed for work before 3pm, no problems.
Dropped the vito off at 9:15 and on our way. Get a call at 12:30 advising the recall has been done (10 minute job) but they need another 3-4 hours to investigate the knock knowing full well we need the car back before 3.
Call me cynical but I think we are being messed about?
