ESP Inoperable.. Any Garage recommendations?

I've just brought a clc 2009 59 plate. I'm getting the esp message every time I start the car. Plus when the windows are open it sounds like something on my drivers side is rubbing. Sound sounds like it's coming from my back wheel.

I was going to take it to a merc dealer but from the reviews I've read. It's kind of put me off. Can any recommend a good garage they've used. I'm based in Islington, London. I'll travel anywhere in London for the right garage though.
