Yes, dead easy. Page 145 in your Owner's Manual. (No good looking for 'Mirrors' in the index, though; it's under 'Exterior Mirrors')

I managed to switch mine off by accident but found it in the menu.
I think this makes sense so I'll do it.
Is there an easy way to manual fold them on occasion or do you have to go through the menu and switch it back on?

Do you see the switch furthest left on the drivers door with 4 arrows? That manually closes the mirrors but you have to select the right and left mirror seperately.

Nope, the mirror switch folds them both in or out together, I have to use it when putting the car in the garage.
