My wifes A class is coming up to its first A service at a year old and 8k miles. I have been quote £160 by Mercedes Newcastle and this includes a courtosy car - does this sound like the going rate?
While I have yet to experience Mercedes servicing does anyone have experience of Mercedes Newcastle - good or bad? Reading some of the threads it sounds like alot of main dealers do not have the best of reputations..
Any recommendations for a good specialist in the North East of England? Obviously will have to use the main dealer for the next couple of years but after that it would be useful to have some other options
