For KillerHertz

Doom !!!

Fingers crossed Karl !! :)

Never mind, fingers crossed it's okay, but "I'll keep me eyes peeled" !

What do you guys think of this:

HERE

Not a fan of the green TBH, but its young, lots of extras for a classic, lowish mileage, no alloys but I still have some in the shed.

Tape on the seatbelt holder !?!? and a dent on front bumper

Ahh Alexandrite Green! :)

If you buy I've got a paint touch-up kit and a set of door handles for you :D

EDIT: oh yeah and some barry aftermarket door mirror covers with indicators in them.

Looks ok, don't think that's a dent in the front bumper - might be some parking sensors?

It's good value for what it is (if it is what it is..)

Will

Looks alright, although I'm not a huge fan of beige cloth. Am I right in thinking the specs on Classics improved vastly during this last facelift?

Have you seen it in person yet?

Just spoke to the guy :(

Its got a problem and he has removed it from eBay, he says its 'running lumpy' and it is booked in tomorrow.

He will let me know what is causing it.

So, unless its something small the search continues
Any news ?

He never got back to me :(

Sorry guys, this is prob getting boring now,

Seen THIS looks nice IMO, any idea what those 2 Stickers (if thats what they are) are next to the dash buttons?

Presumably these were optionally fitted to models from the 70s?

Don't happen to have a part number do you? ;)

The condenser itself is less than £200, I think I paid about £350 for condenser, receiver-drier, pipework, re-gassing and labour. You might want to build that into your budget if you're considering buying that car. Is the guy a trader? If so then he should also offer a warranty of some sort...

Condensers pattern parts are around £100 and gassing is £50. The all in job for changing a condenser, gassing etc should be around £250 + vat for any C or E class.(202/210)

The only thing that would be boring, is if no one asked questions! Keep looking, the perfect car is out there.

Good luck,
John
