I would love to know Edna's figures  Will work out some where where I could test her out then be in touch;)

depends how fast you want to go but up by what used to be pennypot camp has a nice stretch. will come up and block the road if i am free!

you should be able to get some figures up that bit.

next county below, or to the side a bit...thats sounds quite far doesnt it.

about 15miles i think. Edna and the chariot were sourced at the same dealer.

The road i am thinking of is about 5mins from Pammy. its level and relatively quiet. If i RV with Pammy on that bit we can park up and she can get some figures. is a 60 limit up there. so she can get everything except the 1/4mile and top speeds on that bit.

Portzy mite be kncoking about round here too, maybes he may wish to join in for 5mins. thats if he has the car back yet?

Take it easy guys and remember the road must be level.

There are some nice, quiet, straight roads over the moors, just watch out for sheep :)

The level bit is important. I took my car down a road with a slight slope and recorded 7.6 secs for my car! Obviously that was hill assisted! Do runs in two directions and average your findings. Grav and I did about 4 runs each so we know our figures are legit!

It has arrived

Mark - if you want to meet up - then let me know and we'll sort sommat. Dunno if Portzy's around atm.

Any ideas where I could get Edna weighed? Can't find a public weighbridge around here:( Might only be able to get 0-60 figures etc.

I was thinking of using the A168 up by the side of A1 - off the A59 - is a brilliant road as it's quite wide but very well surfaced;)

Have been really busy today and just got home - but before I started work I tried to find if there was one in Leeds and couldn't find any! Did have a note to ring the council as they should know - but it's a tad late now.:(

Look up the unladen weight in your handbook. Unladen weight includes 90% of fluids and a 65kg driver. Adjust for less fuel or diifferent size driver and you wont be far away.

That's the baby:D

Seems a reasonable price to me;)

I might just buy that then, I should wait until the wife gets home though...:) I have spent alot in the last week, Got a golf cabby..:bannana: ( will put pics up soon) And need to sell the 202

Hi Bill

Thanks - I did spot this one this morning but then had no time to do owt about it:mad: It's only 5 min's from the office too:mad:

Can' get through to our local council as they've all gone home:rolleyes: Looks like it will be a best guess:D I can always get it checked when I can get to the weighbridge though to see how far out we might be.

I forgot to say 1 lite of fuel =0.72 kg incase you need to adjust up or down and dont forget the weight of passengers!
