Used them last week for C service to my 2008 E320cdi, very reasonably priced at £250 including a free Star analysis as a new customer
On collection was given a very detailed run through of what they had found and clear recommendations of what needed to be done and when ! Totally different from the MB main dealers who give you a bigger bill and tell you nothing regarding what work might be needed before the next service date. Was happy to do without a wash and valet service, drove away feeling I knew exactly what I needed to do to get the car to A1 condition ( new battery , AGM type, welding on exhaust and new rear suspension bush ) and the likely cost.
Will be using them in future even though it is a 160 mile round trip from home

They were a retail dealer at one time.

They told me they had moved into the current workshop a while back, assume that when the stopped being a retail dealer the old premises were to big. New workshop double bay in new industrial building, looked very well equipt and very clean and tidy. Was offered Merc.courtesy car if I wanted it, just put petrol in, declined it as was walking into Cardiff centre, about a 25 minutes walk
