Good vehicle?

I'm currently in the hunt for a black E55.

I saw this on Autotrader... I'm still thinking whether or not to hold out for a 04/54 plate car with the revised electrics + most of the options listed.

Will it be a "special" car, or a daily driver? If you are waiting for something specific, after applying the adage of buying on condition, try not to compromise too much. It's frustrating, but unless the car is in fantastic condition and merits ownership, you don't need to rush if it's not exactly what you are looking for.

I would (and did) hold out similarly -it's a 54 plate you want but check for the mesh above the front centre air vents - if it is slats, even a 54 plate, it's pre-revision.

Saying that, there are plenty of pre- ones on here which are fine.

TDE1 on here is contemplating selling his - and that's a 55 plate. Not sure on your budget or the price he's after though - might be worth investigating.
