Heating oil prices

The summer has gone ( I must have blinked!) and the time has come to fill my oil tank for the winter. But when...are prices going to rise or fall?

I reckon prices will stabilise then slightly creep up as temperatures drop. Come the first frost, it will kick up and then not come down again until next spring.
Thats my best guess.

Fortunately temperatures are set to become higher than the normal seasonal temp for Autum in the next few weeks, so any reductions in wholesale price may be seen at retail level.
