Help Merc clk experts

I have a 2008 clk convertible in unmarked black with cream (pebble) leather it is the 350 sport with AMG and all possible extras (including command, iPod, phone prep, heated seats sensors etc. I can not overstate how good this car is (like new) fully MBSH and only 12000 miles ! Due to the mrs buying a puppy I'm sadly thinking about selling or trading the car I asked at a local 4 wheel drive dealer and he only offered £13500 trade in ... With lots of moans an groans about mpg tax etc.. Well stuff him the car is beautiful and I love her ! Can I have views on potential value (trade and private) for my baby.. I'm gutted (but do like the puppy !) any thoughts appreciated

Just find yourself a cheap hatchback and keep the CLK.

I know what you mean but grief not worth it ... Got a freelander too but fancy getting rid of both and getting a exec 4x4 (then get a soft top when she not looking later) I just want to find a way of getting best price without having to hang on for ages

I dont think the dealer was completely out of the ball park...there's a 2008/58 with 14k on the clock with lots of extra's on Autotrader being sold by a MB Dealer and thats up for £15.9. So assuming that a CLK from a MB dealer will be top of the tree in terms of price, I would imagine an Indi to sell a similar car for £15k
