You live in Russia, that's how.

A few years back, I attended a distributors' conference in Germany. The Russian delegate brought a suitcase of clothes, and a suitcase of vodka. At least a dozen bottles, and by the time he left, he'd druink the lot.

The conference was just two days and two nights...
