How my neighbour parked his car last night ... any advice?

Maybe there is more to this than meets the eye, perhaps he is jealous of your shiny wheels and after a few beers decides to make them not so shiny :(

He looks to have the oldest car from the photos and is faced with

Just a thought, but driving the way he did with such precision doesn't look like an accident.

Well ... a quick update.

Gave the van a more thorough check-over last night (including a drive to the local Shell station to fill up), and damage seems to be confined to what the pics. show.

Came home this evening to find that new neighbours had moved in

So have decided to put this one down to experience and move on; rather than risking an unrecovered insurance claim I will fix up the front myself as best I can.

Get his new address off the new neighbours and pop round and chuck a gallon of black gloss over his car ....

Honestly , you're too nice ....

EDIT :-

I went off on a mad rant ..... :o Sorry ....

About 25 years before ?

Hope there were no defects with them :D

I can't beleive either how nasty people can turn or how much bull people talk!

I'm sure most people can get pretty nasty when someone damages something of theirs and doesn't even bother to mention it , let alone apologise before they move out ...

It's a real ' f*** you ' attitude that seems to pervade this world at the moment , people crash into cars and drive off without even bothering to stop , others kick other people to death when they are reprimanded for damaging something. Is this right ? No.

No bull in me Graham .... ;)

I knew you'd respond Howard :D I almost posted similar well before you posted, so wasn't a shot aimed stright at you.

Sure I'd be peeved too and I'm sure I wouldn't be minding my p's and q's too closely, but apart from letting off a little steam, I'd be sorting it through direct talking or thorugh police/legal channels. I can't say I find myself resorting to any of the behaviour mention in this thread. Maybe I'm a bit sheltered!

Hey , come on ....

Some of us have had different upbringings , we deal with things differently.

One thing i am not is a keyboard warrior :D

Tee hee .....

[Disclaimer :- Don't do anything illegal !! ]

Totally agree with you Howard - my next door neighbour is a prime example of the p*ss poor attitude of today's people. So far he has assaulted me, damaged my car and harrassed my then pregnant wife! He is now very well known to the Police and steers clear of me since I gave him a fat lip..... ;) Very satisfying that was too!!! Not that I condone violence at all.....
