How to remove C Class Coupe 2008-11 B & C Interior Pillar Trim?

My driver side seat belt is very slack to a point were I have to feed it back in order for it to retract otherwise it smash open a hole on my speaker grill . It is an MOT failure and I have one coming up soon.

Does anyone know how to remove the rear trim which houses the belt tensioner mechanism?

Had a similar problem on my CL, got some silicone spray from eurocar parts (actually had a seatbelt on the can), pulled the seat belt all the way out and sprayed while the belt was feed back in after a couple of pulls the belt was good as gold.

Sounds like a method I should try. Do you know why the silicone spray makes it better? I heard other method like cleaning the belt might cure the slackness by allowing the roller to easily grab on to the clean fabric belt.

Silicone spray worked for me, you may have a build up of fluff and debris around the drum if the silicone doesn't sort it.
