How to remove plastic Door pins (for the rear)

Hello,


Managed to remove the front door pins on my ML by turning them (very tight) But the rear ones don't seem to ork the same they feel as though they are on a spring?

Any ideas how to remove these ones, I don't want to just go for it in case I damage the central locking of something...

they do feel springy when turning, this is due to only half the rod being threaded.. you'll see what i mean when you take it off
