The real work starts here......

The Sport/Elegance dashboard is different behind the trim. A classic has this moulding instead.

My windscreen strip is cracked, and I have been meaning to replace it. Do you have a part no. and price for it?

Nick, indeed i would have thought it would be accesory part numbered...but the two i had here were both CLk numbered...

You're talking about the whole lever and I'm talking about the button on top.

assuming your car is MY98 and beyond with sport trim:

A2026800771 : GARNISH MOULDING : EUR 56.99

different trim for MY96 and MY97, probably a different pattern.

there appears to be no separate button for the w208 shift lever, so this mod requires a complete shift knob!

once again I am confronted with the choice between:

"curly ahorn"
"magic eyes"

anyone care to guess which one of those is the faux-cf trim?
