Very relieved its solved - my aunt (who actually owns the car) has meetings in Luton today. The deal is I can use the car whenever I like, on condition I drive her to wherever she wants to go. Her set-up is shown in the photo below).
I'm normally wait in the car whilst she's in her meetings - got no idea what she does; she says to me its 'business' and it doesn't concern me!
