Ok, so i'm hoping the indicator bulb has just gone or a wire has come loose somewhere as my flashing arrow on the dash has stopped working for right turns.

The indicators work as they should so the car hasn't come down with a case of BMW but it would be good to have this working. Is it likely to be the bulb and if so, is it a right pain to geth the dash out? Car is rattle free at the moment so i don't want to invite squeks by taking it apart if i don't have to!

Any advicve on where else to look would be good. The relay still clicks away so there is an audiable notice they are on, I wasn't sure if the green flash was needed for MOT is all.

Cheers,

You'll need to the dash binnacle out, if you take the steering wheel off it makes easier access if your car doesnt have adjustable steering. You will need the instrument removal tools or make 2 from bits of thick wire. They will slide in at the top side corners and click. Make sure you have them secured on the sides of the instrument cluster or they will break the casing when you try and pull it out.

Dare i say it.... is there a guide for this? You've concerned me with the word 'break it' as I'm happy to do a bit of diy but tend to be a bit hamfisted!

If it isn't an MOT issue i might just leave it!

Thanks! Brilliantly it came back on today. I'm going back to loose wire/dry solder somewhere. Wonder if it warmed up or something!
