How can I tell if I have a tyre pressure sensor fitted? I cant see any warning lights, but wondered if it showed up in the system display.

Take a wheel off, and have a look.

On my other cars, there was a reset button which you pressed when you inflated the tyres, and then the computer system did something clever with wheel rotation, so if the tyre deflated the rotation speed was different and a warning light came on. So I don't think an external sensor was present. Though I could be wrong, I'm not a techie.

yes it will show up on the centre console display.

You're right, I've just checked in the manual and the car. It automatically detects lower tyre pressure, and is controlled in the system menu in the centre control display.
