Hi, does anyone know where/how the support bracket in a W208 CLK (part no. RHD A 208 546 03 43) should be fitted as it is listed in the parts for the 'how to' section but no one seems to bother showing it!

There is nothing to fit on the car itself. The bracket has one single alignment where the plate hooks into the comand and then attaches with 2 screws.

Just take your time.

Thanks Miro but I still cant see how it fits. I can see one single upright with a screw hole and at the other end an upright bit with a slot. Where do these attach to the unit?

If you have an A208 COMAND then you dont strictly need the mounting bracket as the two spring clips either side of the COMAND hold it in very well.
