Interior LED lighting

Hi all

I recently fitted all new canbus led lights too all the interior lights on my 2005 e280 cdi w211.

The next day I started it up and got the message

Convenience features temporarily unavailable.

After 5 min of driving I got another message saying features are now available,

Any advice? Or help please!?!

I get that as well, nothing to do with the led's.
