iPhone and media interface

Hi all new to the site hope somebody knows the answer to why the media interface keeps telling me my iPhone is connected. It happens every 3 seconds and cuts the radio out. I drive the 2010 220 CDI coupe and I absolutely love it. Problems started last night when I received a call and couldn't answer it, not sure I pressed something I shouldn't have when trying to answer...cheers Doug

Bluetooth problem on 2010 c class coupe

UPDATE to my problem , tried to reconnect my iphone 5c to bluetooth which it eventually did but it kept disconnecting and reconnecting about every 3 to 4 seconds. Not possible to make a call or do anything with it , any ideas anybody

Did this on my car once, except it stayed on the dash and couldn't dial out or receive calls, but radio worked

This was on the way to a night out, upon return to the car to go home it had sorted itself

Take it you've restarted your engine since this morning, best people to ask on here is Richard or Alfie from Comand
