ipod into audio 10 in 208 CLK

Guess that anything is possible but is it possible to gain an iPod/Aux interface somehow to an Audio 10 with 6cd unit in boot at a reasonable price?

You can have an iPod in place of the CD-changer. The sound goes from the iPod into the CD-changer port and the headunit controls are used to select playlists and tracks on the iPod. You lose the CD-changer, unfortunately.

I think your Audio 10 has an ISO 10pin connection for the CD-changer. This is not much used these days. If I am wrong and your Audio 10 has a D2B fibre optic connection then igore everything here!

Nonetheless, there are several possibilities but this appears to be the best: Mercedes - USB Android iPod Bluetooth kit [Grom-USB-MB] : Carputer-Shop | iPod Car Kits | Aux Adapters. I have researched this to death, I assure you, and for our older systems, this appears to me to be the best system.

It also has an integrated bluetooth phone module and external microphone to give you handsfree with a bluetooth phone through the car's audio system. I am ordering one today, as it happens.

If you have the D2B system then there is a product made by Dension which looks like it will do the job well.

Having looked into it, it appears the Audio 10 does use D2B to communicate with the CD-changer, in which case I would refer you to Dension's Gateway 500 Lite D2B product: iPod, iPhone and USB car adapter without text display - Gateway Lite
