After I sold my M3 I am still in the market for a merc or range rover, came across this

I also need to troll around a bit to get my post count to 30 before I am allow to be in the classified area, I joined 18-01-2012 and intended to jump ship from BMW to Merc

Well per the advert it's not a C32, it's a C320. Looks like bits may have been added including a badge on the back, but it doesn't have any side badges, the seats don't look right and those alloys are definitely not from a C32.

As above its not a C32. The wheels and spoiler are not original. Nor I think is the black roof. It was not an option at that age. It probably will have a fair bit of rust. Most of them have rotten arches at that age.

In general, the more exclamation marks there are in an advert, the less car you get for your money.

Tode, too true. My budget is only around 2k and another 500 for maintenance or minor fix. After all I did sell my M3 to fund a loft extension so not much money left for a second car which I will only drive at weekends. Cheers SPX.

I have been to see a few P38 range and OMG some of them should not be on the road, forget about selling it on

My friends is a 2001 (Y reg iirc) C320 Avantgarde, Jasper blue paintwork with grey/cream leather, 110k miles (or very close iirc), full service history. He's a mechanic at Mercedes and has changed all the oils/filters including gearbox oils etc.

It's a very genuine car with only a couple of spots of rust. I don't think you'd be far away at £2k.
