As i mentioned once before, Im a hindu. Im not overly reigious, but i have my values.

One thing i am not, is possessive.

If i have something, i will share it. Other things i will sell, i like cars, but if some one wants a materialistic thing i own, then im happy to part with it, just pay me for it.. I could charge £100k.. no one will pay it.. perhaps at £35k, no will either, but you dont know that, I dont know that, and time might tell if you are infact ALL correct, or all wrong.

It it was food, i would not charge you to eat at my house or any future establishments i might have if i know you on a personal level. etc etc..

Whether I know you or not, my door is always open. I would happily feed you, offer you a place to sleep etc without any conditions. If it's mine and you need it, it's yours. If you want to borrow it then you can, again, no charge - just for the record - I'm not a Hindu

Yes i have 2 lawyers acting for me, and i will attending.
Taking a car Insurance company to court over damages due to a CCJ put in my name due to their negligence in paying the 3rd party after the due date, which has now been cleared (ie set aside), but im claiming for 3 years of credit file damage which caused hardship to me and my family (if it can be called that) and thus for every day of the CCJ being on my name, where i had credit card allowances reduced, mortgage rates increased and overall limitations, i am claiming a daily rate since 9th May 2007.

could be a long case!

MD5, no boot mods, just the cd changer is floor mounted to the side, but the wind deflector fits in perfectly even with the cd changer fitted.. its the original 3 way folding unit, not the 2 way clone!

When specced with the wind deflector from new, the boot was fitted with a different lining to allow fitted storage (below). The deflector slides into the groove in the right hand corner. Cars without the option from new, such as mine, don't have this feature (although I do have a delector now).

no i dont have this groove, but mine was one i bought myself as original opposed to the replica styles available. It is an original wind deflector, never stated it came with the car, unless i have stated that for which i apologise, but which i do not believe i have stated!

Just read the three pages since I last read the thread.

I wish that I had not started the thread............it is a pity that it is being used by some to create situations to "insult" or "have a go" at The Boss picking on every word that he says and trying to make capital out of it........that was never my intention.

I would ask some of you to reflect on what you have said.......the Forum is supposed to be "fun, helpful and informative".

On many occasions I have found the threads and comments posted by The Boss to be "fun, helpful and informative".

Please stop knocking the guy, he does not do that to other people......he has a nice car which he cares about and this is a Forum for people who appreciate Mercedes......he can advertise the car at any price that he wishes.........it does not harm or insult anyone on the Forum.... I personally hope he achieves a good price as I would rather see money go into his pocket that into that of any car dealer, (PS. I am in the motor trade! so my last comment may seem counter productive).
