JENSEN INTERCEPTOR V10- 630BHP For Sale (1974) on Car And Classic UK

There's part of me that's always liked custom build cars, particularly when someone has seen a concept drawing that looks great and decides to give it whirl.

It's just the sort of thing that Chip Foose would build.

I like it a lot, I just think the wheels are little too big.

I've always loved the Interceptor, when I lived in Watford I used to regularly see a guy filling a mint FF at my local BP. He was there often as he used to reckon on getting about seven to the gallon!

There are two near me, one blue the other a burgundy. Both bring a smile to my face. Last saw the blue one at Morrisons petrol station filling up on LPG. I do like the one in the threadstarters best though

my uncle was a welder at jensen and as a child i had the pleasure of visiting the factory on several occasions

I love Interceptors. This has been for sale - and in build for ages - but it looks very close to completion now.

My next door neighbour had one when I was a teenager so very nice and I like what they have done to this one. Pictures of the engine bay would help though and some reassurance about the suspension too as the leaf sprung original was poor.

That does look amazing although as others have commented the pics and videos do highlight some alarming panel gaps for a car so long in the shop. Maybe the drivers door bonnet and boot are not fully closed.

It looks and sounds amazing though. Amazing

Worth also catching up with the pictures on their website the day a Burlesque underwear company did a shoot ..... ;) See here :-
