Key fob locking settings?

hi - how do you set the key fob to unlock/lock BOTH doors on a w208? it says in h/book to press lock/unlock buttons simultaneously and a message comes up for you to choose from which ive tried but where is the choice ? any pointers ?? TIA

AFAIK you simply press and hold the lock and unlock button simultaneously for approx 6 sec. The battery check led will flash twice to show the mode change has been completed. It can only be global or selective and switches each time you do the above.

I think the options must be shown on the command screen, this is the only place they could be shown.
