Kwik Fit Aircon service - any one used them in South London ?

Hi Folks,

I was wondering if anyone here has used the Kwick Fit aircon service at any of the South London branches. I was going to take mine into the Streatham branch.....£44 .....read some good reviews on them (which makes a change !!!)

Anyone ?

Not London, but I used the one in Camberley recently. As far as I can see it's totally automated, so shouldn't vary much from one branch to another.

Oh and it cost me nothing, because they didn't achieve the minimum 10% temperature drop before/after

I suspected the aircon compressor on our old Audi was knackered, and effectively got this confirmed free of charge from the computerised printout. The lubricant and gas amounts on the refill were only slightly more than came out on the drain, and it passed the pressure test.

I agree, shouldn't be much different from branch to branch.

I got Mrs Fandango's SEAT charged, very quick professional service, with a printout at the end (22 deg C before, 6 deg C after) and reasonably priced.
