Is it something trimmers can do (wonder because the leather needs to let the air bag out)? If so, can you recommend someone?

i can imagine trimmers shying away from this.... due to possible legal issues in an event of an accident (ie if airbag didnt deploy etc).... but worth contacting one. Probably best looking for a local place close to you so you can take the car to them.
