LHD Xenons for a RHD car?

I have been offered a set of Xenon lights from Germany. My question is that will i blind oncoming drivers due the lights designed for LHD cars? Will it pass an MOT or is there an adjustment on the lights?
The car is a R129 SL.

I thought xenons had a small black lever to convert the aim over...

They do but they are still a different set-up.
